Abstract

This paper proposed the method to build an efficient and energy-saving aerobic fermentation system from selection of air compressor, configuration of air pretreatment system to design of bio-reactors and fermentation exhaust treatment system. And it specified the controlling requirements and energy-saving guidelines of respective processes. In the end it discussed the developmental prospect of new energy-saving aerobic bio-reactors.
