Through automatic measurement test of powder MSG, the poor mobility and changeable characteristics of powder MSG were overcome and the automatic measurement and packaging of powder MSG were achieved. The packaging speed reached 38-42 packs/min and the qualified rate was more than 99.5%.The equipment performance was stable, and the sealing quality is better than that of manual. All of the packing speed, accuracy and qualified rate met the requirements.
