Identification of psychrophilic bacteria in raw milk from Hangzhou area based on 16S rDNA sequences analysis and BIOLOG method

Abstract

Based on raw milk provided by four pastures in Hangzhou district, 15 psychrophile were isolated from culture plate and their growth curves were obtained. According to morphology, 16S rDNA sequences analysis and BIOLOG method, the isolated strains were identified as Pseudomonas sp., Pseudomonas synxantha, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Lactobacillus sp.. Among them, there are 13 species of Pseudomonas sp., which are the dominant bacteria in raw milk from Hangzhou.
