The evaporation and crystallization unit are crucial to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction in fermentation industry. The design idea of MVR evaporation and crystallization equipment was put forward based on analysis of the working principle and key points in process design, which proposed a new way of energy saving and pollution control for the enterprises.
