Research status and development trend of omics technologies in screening amino acids production strains

Abstract

Omics technology,including genomics,transcriptomics,metabolomics,proteomics,etc,can be used to acquire the whole metabolic pathway information and regulatory network information of the research objects. The application of omics technology to the optimization of amino acid fermentation provides important theoretical guidance for further metabolic engineering of microorganisms with enhanced production of target products. This paper introduces the application and development trend of omics techniques applied in microbial fermentation of amino acids,which is conducive to the rational design and construction of excellent amino acid production strains.
