摘要

研究了不同因素对发酵法生产衣康酸的影响,确定了衣康酸发酵生产的最佳温度为36~37 °C 和最佳初始pH 为3.2~3.6。研究辅助有机氮源对衣康酸发酵生产的影响,从生产实际和经济方面考虑,采用麦麸作为辅助氮源比较合适。

Abstract

Effects of different factors on itaconic acid fermentation were studied. The optimal temperature and initial pH for itaconic acid fermentation were 36-37 °C and 3.2-3.6, respectively. The effects of auxiliary organic nitrogen sources on itaconic acid fermentation were also studied. In the view of industrial production and economic benefits, wheat bran was selected as auxiliary nitrogen source.
