摘要

壳聚糖是一种用途很广的天然高分子化合物,具有无毒、生物相容性、吸附功能、生物可降解性及多种生物学活性等优异性能,在医药领域具有很高的应用价值。多年来,壳聚糖及其衍生物一直是医药研发领域的热点之一。综述了壳聚糖及其衍生物在医用材料、抗菌材料、抗肿瘤、组织工程等方面的应用研究。随着研究的深入,这一具有独特性能的生物材料将越来越受到人们的重视,被广泛应用于化妆品、食品工业、保健品领域中,将逐渐发展成为有巨大经济效益和社会效益的壳聚糖产业。

Abstract

Chitosan is a widely used natural polymer and due to its non-toxic, biocompatibility, absorption, biodegradability and other good properties, it has high application value in the medicine field. Chitosan and its derivatives have been one of the hotspots in medicine research field. This paper reviewed the application of chitosan and its derivatives in the medical materials, antibacterial materials, antitumor, tissue engineering, etc. The biological material with unique performance will attract significant attention in the future and it will be widely used in the fields of cosmetics, food industry, health care products. A chitosan industry with great economic and social benefits will be gradually developed.
