摘要

α-糖苷酶抑制剂是用来治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病（非胰岛素依赖型，Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus，NIDDM）的特效药，从阿卡波糖及其类似物的合成途径、转运途径和发酵过程控制优化等方面对阿卡波糖及其类似物的研究进展进行了综述，以期为阿卡波糖及其类似物的发酵生产提供理论依据。

Abstract

Glucosidase inhibitors are specific drugs for type II diabetes mellitus (Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, NIDDM). In order to provide theoretical basis for the fermentation of acarbose and its analogues. This paper summarized the research progress in their biosynthetic pathways, transport pathways and fermentation process optimization.
