摘要

1 250 m3 超大型发酵罐的设计改进定位在超大型、集约化、自动化的较高层次上，解决了发酵罐换热面积不足、搅拌力不足等问题，适应了大规模生产需求，提高了发酵罐的产酸率和转化率。对超大型发酵罐罐体设计和选材、冷却装置、传动搅拌装置、配套空压机的选用等方面进行了具体论述。

Abstract

The ultra-large fermentor was designed and improved orientated at a high level of scale, intensification and automation, which solved the problems of insufficient heat exchange area and stirring power of the fermentor. Its application adapted to the needs of large-scale production and improved amino acid productivity and conversion. The tank design and selection, cooling devices, transmission stirring device and supporting air compressor were concretely discussed in this paper.
