喷雾干燥连续生产的长短与物料特性有关，与喷雾干燥的结构型式有关。当物料一定时，连续生产的效果主要取决于喷雾干燥塔捕粉的结构型式。以CGYP01-1000 型立式压力喷雾干燥塔在速溶茶粉生产中的应用为例进行阐述，比较了不同捕粉结构型式的喷雾干燥塔，提出了喷雾干燥连续生产的注意事项，以帮助设计者确定适合物料生产的喷雾干燥塔捕粉结构，避免设备性能问题的发生，提高干燥效能。

The continuous duration of spray drying depended on the material properties and its structure types. When the material is ascertained, the effect of continuous operation mainly depends on the structural type of powder collector of the spray-drying tower. With CGYP01-1000 vertical pressure spray drying tower used in the production of instant tea powder as an example, the spray-drying tower with different structural types of powder collector was compared. In order to avoid the occurrence of the equipment performance problems and improve the drying efficiency, precautions during continuous spray drying and methods for selection of the appropriate powder collector were proposed.
