摘要

通过改变鸡精生产企业常规混合设备,采用悬臂双螺旋锥形混合机对鸡精原料进行混合试验,以提高鸡精原料混合设备能力,并测试鸡精原料混合的均匀度,与原有混合设备进行对比,效率提高了6 倍以上。改进鸡精生产工艺布置,从而提高鸡精原料混合生产能力,降低劳动强度,实现鸡精生产自动化。

Abstract

In order to improve the capacity of chicken essence mixing equipment, the conventional mixing equipment of the chicken essence production enterprise was replaced by the cantilever screw cone mixing machine. The uniformity of the mixed chicken essence raw material was tested. The mixing efficiency was increased by more than 6 times compared with the original mixing equipment. The improvement resulted in enhanced mixing productivity of chicken essence raw material reduced labor intensity and realized automatic production.
