针对NaOH 影响高透明黄原胶结构导致产品质量及粘度降低,产生的碱性废水带来后续环保压力以及一价Na+电荷性偏弱增加乙醇用量等问题,采用CaCl2
替代前者进行发酵预处理,降低了原材料消耗,提高了提取收率;针对超滤无法有效解决高粘度液体过滤效率低、设备投入高等问题,采用双酶法去除发酵液中残留的菌体蛋白等不溶物质,有效提高高透明黄原胶产品的纯度、透光度和粘度。采用盐式双酶法提取新工艺,有效降低了提取过程中酸碱和乙醇的消耗,减轻了后续环保处理压力,同时产品质量得到大幅度提升,平均收率达到86.11%,产品透光平均达到91%,较传统工艺收率提高了5.96%,透光提高了11.97%。
Due to large volume of waste water discharge, ethanol consumption and low viscosity of xanthan gumwhen the fermentation broth was treated by NaOH, a new CaCl2 pretreatment method was developed. To solve low ultrafiltration efficiency of high viscosity liquid and high equipment investment, couple enzymatic hydrolysis method was also employed to remove insoluble substances in fermentation broth and the purity, transmittance and viscosity of final product were improved. The new technology could effectively reduce the consumption of acid, base and ethanol, relieve the pressure of environmental protection facilities. The yield and transmittance of product reached 86.11% and 91% in average, which was increased by 5.96% and 11.97% compared with the traditional process, respectively.
