摘要

从氨基酸发酵罐的常见冷却管型式的利弊分析为起点，结合发酵罐的换热冷却系统改造实践，较为系统地论述了如何构建一个高效的发酵罐换热冷却系统。

Abstract

This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of usual cooling pipes of amino acid fermentor. Combining with the modification practices of heat exchange cooling system, method for installation of a fermentor with highly efficient heat exchange cooling system was systematically discussed.
