Screening and identification of pancreatic lipase inhibitor-producing strain

摘要

采用简单快速的改良筛选平板法对土壤来源的微生物进行初筛,选取显色圈有明显变化的菌株进行紫外-可见分光光度法复筛,最终筛选出一株胰脂肪酶抑制剂生产菌株z123。通过菌株的形态、生理生化特性、16S rDNA 序列同源性分析及系统发育进化树鉴定,确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌。研究结果表明,该菌株能够产生抑制胰脂肪酶的活性物质,其发酵产物对胰脂肪酶的抑制率为38.4%,值得进一步研究。

Abstract

The soil microbes were preliminarily screened by a simple and modified rapid screening method. The strains with significant change in color ring were selected to conduct a secondary screening through UV-visible spectrograph and one strain z123 capable of producing pancreatic lipase inhibitor was finally obtained. It was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on morphology, physiological and biochemical characterization, 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis and phylogenetic tree. The inhibition rate of the fermentation product reached 38.4%, which had great value for further study.
