通过应用循环经济和企业管理的基本原理和相关理论，从菱花集团的经营现状和企业的实际情况出发，通过剖析菱花集团的内外部环境和条件，形成SWOT 分析表格，以此为依据设计出菱花集团发展循环经济规划，并深入分析了菱花集团的循环经济价值链的建设、产业定位和竞争策略。最后总结了菱花集团以科技为驱动走工农商循环经济的特色化道路：工业为农业提供肥料和饲料支撑；农业为工业提供原料支撑，为商业提供安全绿色农产品；商业为工、农业产品提供市场支撑。

This paper focused on Linghua Group’s strategic planning and design with the application of basic principles and theory of cycling economy and business management. Starting from the operating status and actual situation of Linghua Group, cycling economy planning of Linghua Group was developed based on SWOT table and analysis of the internal and external environment of Linghua Group. The construction of cycling economy value chain, the industrial orientation and the competitive strategies of Linghua Group were deeply analyzed. Linghua Group embarks on a characteristic road of industry, agriculture and commerce circular economy driven by science and technology: industry provides fertilizer and feed support for agriculture; agriculture provides raw material support for industry and safe, green agricultural products for commerce; and commerce provides market support for industrial and agricultural products.
