摘要

在比较了氨基酸发酵废液处理及综合利用方法的基础上,总结出当前普遍采用的处理氨基酸发酵废液工艺,即发酵废液→提取菌体蛋白→多效浓缩→喷浆造粒→有机无机复合肥. 针对此工艺中存在的喷浆造粒过程中烟气二次污染的问题,阜丰集团做了大量研究,提出了处理烟气的解决工艺路径. 造粒烟气经处理后,粉尘的产生浓度由180 mg /m3 降低至100 mg /m3,臭气排放浓度从20( 无量纲) 降低到15( 无量纲) ,达到较好的污染物处理效果.

Abstract

Based on the comparison and comprehensive utilization of amino acid fermentation wastewater treatment methods,this paper summarized the current commonly used treatment process of the amino acid fermentation wastewater: fermented waste liquid → extraction of bacterial protein → multiple effect concentration→spray granulation→organic inorganic compound fertilizer. A lot of researches on the secondary pollution of gas in the process of spray granulation in Fufeng group has been carried out. After gas treatment, the concentration of dust was reduced from 180 mg /m3 to 100 mg /m3, and the concentration of odor emission reduced from 20 ( dimensionless) to 15 ( dimensionless) .
