摘要

系统性红斑性狼疮(Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)因人体免疫系统失调导致人体自
身形成抗体来对抗自身的器官或组织,现有治疗手段都有严重的不良反应.根据麦胚的蛋白质全
谱,使用GO功能注释和KEGG代谢途径对潜在的麦胚功能蛋白进行分类与分析,重点剖析了麦
胚功能蛋白(组蛋白)对系统性红斑狼疮的作用机制,旨在为研究开发植物源免疫活性蛋白提供思
路和方法,同时也为医学、生物学、食品工业方面提供宝贵的新资源.

Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is caused by the disorder of immune system of
human body forming antibodies against human own organs or tissues,and the current treatments
have serious adverse reactions.According to the full spectrum of wheat germ protein,the
potential functional protein of wheat germ was classified and analyzed by GO function annotation
and KEGG metabolic pathway.The mechanism of wheat germ functional protein(histone)on
systemic lupus erythematosus was emphatically analyzed.This provides valuable ideas and
methods for the research and development of plant-derived immunologically active proteins,and
also provides valuable new resources for medicine,biology and food industries.
