摘要

木糖醇是一种存在于自然的五碳糖醇,在医药、食品和化工等领域具有广泛应用.目前,工业上制备木糖醇的方法主要是化学加氢法,生物法制备木糖醇具有反应条件温和、环境污染小等优势,已经受到了广泛的关注.对微生物发酵法和酶催化法制备木糖醇以及制备过程中所涉及到的一些方法进行了综述,并对未来在提高木糖醇产量方面的一些着手点进行展望.

Abstract

Xylitol is a natural five carbon sugar alcohol widely used in the medicine,food,chemical industry and other fields.At present,the industrial production of xylitol was mainly  achieved by chemical methods.Comparatively,the biosynthesis pathway attracted much attention  based on its advantages of mild reaction conditions and less pollution.In this paper,the
preparation of xylitol by microbial fermentation and enzymatic catalysis was reviewed,and some   points for the improvement of xylitol production were discussed
