摘要

随着消费者对食品质量的要求越来越高,小包装味精的洁白度及颗粒形状越来越受关注.各味精生产厂家在成本允许下,都在想办法提高味精的洁白度和通透性,以获得消费者的认可及喜爱,从而获得更多的销量.通过利用大孔强碱型脱色树脂离交新工艺来解决味精中和液和味精母液的脱色问题,提高了味精的洁白度和母液循环率,提高了味精精制收得率,降低了味精的生产成本.同时,由于新工艺采用的是盐水再生,盐水可循环利用,生产清洁环保,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract

With the increasing demands on food quality,the consumers pay more and more   attention to the transparency and particle shape of monosodium glutamate (MSG)in small   package.If the production cost permits,all the MSG manufacturers are trying to improve the    transparency and the transmittance of the product,in order to obtain the recognition and the    favorite of the consumers.In this research,the new ion-exchanged process of macroporous strong
basic decolorization resins was used to solve the decolorization problems of MSG neutralization    solution and MSG mother liquor,improve the transparency of MSG,as well as the circulation    rate of MSG mother liquor,increase the MSG refining yield,and finally reduce the MSG's   production cost.Due to the regeneration of the salting liquor in this new process,the salt liquor
can be recycled,and the production is cleaner and more environmental friendly,resulting in good   economic and social benefits.
