摘要

谷氨酸棒杆菌中存在复杂的转录调控系统,其调控机制不清晰的问题严重制约着代谢工程策略的选择与应用.目前,针对谷氨酸棒杆菌分支链氨基酸合成的转录调控网络展开了一系列研究,发现了诸多转录调控因子及其靶向调控基因,而其具体调控机制及不同调控模块间的相互作用仍有待进行深入研究.随着转录调控网络的深入研究,将为谷氨酸棒杆菌的代谢工程改造提供更有方向性的指导.目前,对谷氨酸棒杆菌中心碳代谢、分支链氨基酸合成过程中重要转录调控因子进行了相应的介绍.

Abstract

The complicated transcriptional regulation system in Corynebacterium glutamicum,as   well as its unclear regulation mechanism greatly restricted the metabolic engineering strategies    applied to engineer C.glutamicum.Nowadays,a series of investigations have been conducted to   explore the transcriptional regulation network for the synthesis of branched chain amino acids in    C.glutamicum.A number of transcriptional regulators and their targeted regulatory genes have   been identified,while the specific regulatory mechanisms and the interaction between different   regulatory modules remain to be studied in depth.In this paper,the important transcriptional   regulators in the process of carbon metabolism and branched chain amino acid synthesis in
Corynebacterium glutamicum were introduced.
